1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Quotations and Measurement

All online and initial WhatsApp quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final binding quotations will only be provided after a physical site measurement by our team. Prices are subject to change if site conditions differ from initial descriptions.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit is typically required upon confirmation of the quotation to commence fabrication. The remaining balance is strictly due upon the completion of the installation. We accept PayNow, Bank Transfer, and Cheque.

4. Permits and Approvals

Where applicable, WSS Windows & Doors will assist with BCA/HDB permit applications. However, the homeowner is responsible for ensuring all management council (MCST) guidelines for condominiums or private estates are met. We are not liable for delays caused by pending MCST approvals.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care during installation, we are not liable for pre-existing structural issues or minor cosmetic damages to surrounding areas that may occur during the removal of old fixtures. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods and services provided.
